Campaign Wizard – An intuitive wizard that allows one to setup and control all the features and functions of a highly efficient and effective lead-gen campaign. Questions are entered along with their value lists. Branching statements provide logical sequencing of data gathering. Rules define how responses to questions are rated. Follow up calls and e-mails are setup through a scheduler. Leads are formatted to be sent to the sales CRM. A self-documenting wizard prints a PDF report of every detail of the campaign for use by the marketing team. 
Call Execution – Making telemarketing calls is an art form in itself. Because of the flexibility built into LeadFish call scripts can be as regimented or free-flowing as desired. To aid the rep LeadFish maintains background on the company and products allowing the reps to refer to critical info helping them in the calling process. Call lists are created from your imported list according to rules setup in the campaign wizard. Questions are presented on-screen during a call in a dynamic sequence; if a response dictates that other questions are necessary then it skips to the next relevant question. All responses are recorded and used to assign a rating for the contract based on their potential as a prospect, suspect or no potential.
Reporting and Analytics – Keeping score is key if we want the very best in performance and results. LeadFish reporting is extremely flexible and fully customizable. Reports may be compiled for every aspect of call center operations; campaign results, list quality, call efficiency, rep performance, script effectiveness, etc. One thing we have learned in developing LeadFish is that everyone wants to see reports "my way". Besides reporting on everything we can think of we have addressed this need by exporting the data into an Excel interface. LeadFish Excel has templates that can be modified or you can build it from scratch. Your current company report may be imported and resourced to LeadFish Excel.
